Refunds (for Damaged Products):

We currently do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide your order ID, clear photos of the damaged item & packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Upon approval, we’ll initiate a refund or replacement, as applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • To cancel, email us at aaditihob@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and product delicacy, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Silk Sarees

  • Cushion Covers

  • Table Runners
